"The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Shinjuku. You can walk to countless shops/restaurants, and even Shinjuku station! We didn't require our rooms to be cleaned during our trip, but it was really nice that there was always a bag of new towels and bottled water hanging on our door each day!"

"I enjoyed my stay. The room was small as expected for a room in tokyo, but it was perfect for a single traveler like myself and the room was clean. The room is cleaned every 3 days, which I prefer and they give clean towels almost everyday. The free onsen was very nice. The outdoor bath was especially nice. "This hotel offers an excellent view of the Shibuya Crossing and is part of the Times Square-like Shibuya central area with easy access to the light rail system. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that our room was a bit small and dated and did not offer 5-star amenities (e.g. a decent coffee maker). With that said, it is super convenient to the Shibuya hood and, if you are not intimidated by the rail transit system, the rest of the city (e.g. the Ginza). The staff is super accommodating....
