"The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Shinjuku. You can walk to countless shops/restaurants, and even Shinjuku station! We didn't require our rooms to be cleaned during our trip, but it was really nice that there was always a bag of new towels and bottled water hanging on our door each day!"

"Im very please with the customer service of Hotel Nikko, Shio SHINNO, My daughter left her belt bag in the hotel, they communicate so well with me that they were able to ship it to one of my friend home in Japan.
