"I came into Tokyo with the expectation that hotel rooms are generally smaller than what Westerners are accustomed to but that’s ok. We spent most of our day sightseeing and dining out, only coming back to our room to sleep. Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel was very close to Shinjuku station and within walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants. "

"The staff were wonderful and it was very close to the station. My only real complaint was that the floor my room was on was half smoking and half non-smoking so the common area by the elevators was almost uninhabitable from the smoke smell. I dreaded every time I had to use the elevators. "

"Great hotel, with wonderful staff. The hotel has everything you could possibly need to the point where you don’t need to venture outside. Only downside was the location wasn’t as walkable as other hotels and meant we relied on public transport to get to other parts of the city. Large selection of food and clean rooms. Staff also incredibly multilingual which was very helpful! "
