Excellent location and service! The entrance is little bit confused if you arrive late in night time. The reception is on 24/F. The entrance on ground floor and underpass is very small! Once you get used the environment, it is very convenient.

Good point is the closeness to the Metro and JR lines. The Ginza district is also nearby. The downside is finding the right exit closest to the hotel when leaving the various Metro / JR lines. At ground level it should be more clearly signposted that the hotel starts at the 24th floor of the building.

Great location, a few minutes walk from Shimbashi. High end look. Smaller but comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Asking about a drugstore to the concierge, was given vague and incorrect information. That should be improved. Overall, a very good value.

Staff were lovely, rooms nice and clean. I didn’t like the laundry facilities, dryer didn’t really dry the clothes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Was so convenient to the train with a great option of restaurants to choose in the surrounding area. The breakfast options were limited but the service was great and food options were fresh. The rooms were clean with great amenities. I would stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo

Shiodome is an easy 2 subway train line from Haneda Airport. Doable walking distance to Ginza and Tsujiki. Great eating options in close proximity.

Review is based on the king suite, i thought it was very overpriced and not comparible to some standard rooms in nicer hotels. Would not reccomend for a holiday as it seems to be more of a business hotel. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, i ended up sleeping on the couch which was much better. It was a clean, although 'well-used' room though with a great view
