The staff is very respectful and helpful. The hotel is located conveniently in the local train station. Our room was very tight for 3 people. Barely enough room to open the luggage.

Right at Sinsaibashi, it’s a few steps away from the the Mido-Suji line which connect its to Namba and Umeda. Right across is Daimaru which has Muji, Tokyo Hands, Tsuruya Golf and other stores. Many Japanese restaurants are also nearby as well as Shake Shack. Behind it is a Family Mart and there is a 7-11 nearby. It’s not the cheapest hotel but still reasonable. This is my second time I stayed here this year and they do not fail.

Our room has a gorgeous view of the city at night. The room was very luxurious for the price we paid. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. There are plenty of delicious restaurants in and around the hotel, as well as both luxury and affordable shopping. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and very convenient to the shopping area. The hotel is decent and nice and the only issue is the bathroom is outdated, they need renovation for sure. The temperature in the room is too hot, the lowest you can turn down to is 20C which is too warm and humid in the room. Hopefully, they can change that as well. Most of the hotels I stayed in Japan can go down to 18C. The bathroom tub is super slippery and I almost fell a few times. Other than that, it is a decent hotel and the location is excellent. Great staff and service. I would love to stay there again if the bathroom is renovated.

A little noisy in terms of the area, which could’ve been way worse… but it’s not the hotels fault. The hotel staff was wonderful! Easy to communicate with, provided exceptional service, the room was amazing and spacious. Also located in the middle of Osaka so no matter which way you went you could always get to somewhere in a reasonable time. I found the subway system in Tokyo to be inefficient and and inconvenience so ended up taking taxi’s to save commute time and this hotel location was perfect for that.

Convenient hotel next to shinsaibashi and close to train stations. Second time staying here and it was good for the price. Rooms are small but expected that before booking.

This hotel is very close to shopping and dining areas. It is also connected to the subway station so it is very convenient. The restaurants are over priced so we ate elsewhere after spending too much on the breakfast buffet the first morning. My only complaint is you cannot adjust the A/C setting and our room was not cool enough.
