"Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. All amenities. We stayed in largish twin rooms next to each other. Only minor point is there was no connecting door. Also our room didn’t have a great view. Hotel beds are comfortable. Water is complementary and have coffee maker. All in all a good stay and great value too. "

Our family stayed here the days before and after our flights to/from the U.S. We enjoyed the convenience store and mall which are located right outside the hotel entrance. The queen bed rooms are small, but comfortable and clean."

"I travelled with my wife and kids and 2 adult family members. The Shinagawa Prince has the best location with the convenient eateries around. There is a small shopping center nearby to keep the kids busy but 7/11 downstairs has to be the best feature of all. Looking forward to returning ! "
