"Our family of 5 spent 2 nights at this place. We booked the family unit which can fit 8 because we wanted more space and that everyone gets a bed. It's about 10min walk from Ueno station which is not too bad considering of our big luggages. Property is very new and clean. We arrived at 3pm and there was a staff at the counter who was very friendly and helpful with our check-in."
