Arrived at the hotel only to receive a piece of paper informing us that due to a broken pipe - ALL the pools are closed, there are hot water issues in rooms (no hot showers or baths) and restaurants aren't operating normally due to the water issues. We were offered a $20 voucher to the coffee shop to make up for these issues. Are you kidding? We immediately booked a different hotel. These issues should have been communicated to us PRIOR to arriving at the hotel. Will not return.

Great place for a family vacation. Evokes Dirty Dancing lodge vibes. Wish the pool required wristbands or room keys, as there were a lot of people there who were not staying on property but crowding up the pool and lazy river. Great activities for the keys. The pool water was kinda murky and full of leaves. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed at times and service at food places was slow, but we weren’t in a hurry. Rooms are super comfy and fire pit with snores and outdoor movies were great. Bikes available to ride around. Will definitely be back.

Menu options in the restaurants seemed limited and there was a terrible problem with flies even inside the restaurants. Overall we had a great time and would still revisit for family visit. I would choose elsewhere for a couples getaway.

We are a family of four with two teens. Pros: Lazy river Hot tub Beautiful grounds Cons: Old building so the AC took awhile to cool the room down enough to fall asleep. Not enough reasonably priced food choices/selections for families- the pool bar/grill closes at 7pm. Leaving your only option that’s affordable being a pizza To Go located in their gift shop- which only sells medium size pizzas at $15 each, it adds up quickly. Their activities are extremely over priced. We wanted to do 2 activities but ended up booking them on our own & saving $.
