Great place to stay to visit Tokyo! The train station to Shibuya is just steps away. The main Sendagaya station is right around the corner as well. The hotel is very clean, staff were very helpful. Great amenities! They also do luggage transfer! I highly recommend this place.

The lobby was aesthetically modern but the room design was dark which emphasized the small space. In addition, being a 4-star hotel, the room felt rundown with wall marks. The bathrooms did also felt run down as well. Also a huge safety concern was the extremely hot temperature the water rose to. I got burned so I don’t feel they follow any water temperature safety measures.

This hotel was the perfect place for our 5 night stay in Tokyo. The hotel is fairly new, as is everything in the surrounding area. It is right next door to the Olympic Stadium built for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Kokuritsu-kyogijo station (E25) on the Oedo line is next door to the hotel, making travel around the city very straightforward. I recommend downloading one of the IC Card apps, PASMO or SUICA, and using this for subway travel. The bedroom was comfortable, although slightly small (which is standard for most city hotels). It's equipped with a fridge, kettle, ironing board, iron etc. Complimentary pyjamas and slippers are provided, along with plenty of good quality complimentary toiletries. Our room had a balcony, from which we could see Mnt Fuji. The restaurant on the ground floor was good for breakfast, with an enormous selection of different breakfast options. Breakfast was busy though, expect to wait 10-15 mins for a table to be available (or go early). A small, but very handy bakery is also located on the ground floor. This was excellent for fresh baked snacks and open all day until 8pm. We didn't find many places to eat in the area around the hotel, except for a very good Italian restaurant, Goodmorning Cafe. I recommend eating dinner in Shinjuku, 2 stops further on the Oedo line.

Loved this hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. The roof was spacious for Tokyo. Just a short taxi ride to Shibuya where you’ll find lots of shopping and eating options. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo
