"We always stay here when we have to get on or off the Shinkansen as it is not too far. The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. The hotel was very nice had many restaurants in the building there are a total of three hotels on the compound the grand prince hotel, shin grand prince hotel, and Sakura hotel I believe. You have access to all the restaurants in the three buildings. The garden was AMAZING the koi fish in the pond and the flowing stream water was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel.
