"Stayed here 22 years ago on my honeymoon. Came back with our two sons and it is still a fantastic hotel. Perfect location to see Tokyo with a family. Staff are amazing. The roof top bar is special. Rooms are great and location is perfect."

Not only was the issue addressed immediately but we were treated to an upgraded room. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. "
