"Staff helpful and friendly. Some staff did speak English. No complaints at all. Facility was clean and kept up. If you’re traveling a lot this hotel is easy to navigate to train station. Quiet neighborhood so not too loud. Will definitely be coming back on next trip! Thank you for taking care of us. "

"I came into Tokyo with the expectation that hotel rooms are generally smaller than what Westerners are accustomed to but that’s ok. We spent most of our day sightseeing and dining out, only coming back to our room to sleep. Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel was very close to Shinjuku station and within walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants. "
