First time in Japan, this hotel was beautiful. Within walking distance of the train station, very clean, beautiful, lots of food options & the hospitality is unmatched. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Property took a bit of searching to find as it is part of the Prince Shinagawa network of hotels, and there are many versions within that same area space. Hotel is otherwise excellent and luxurious, though facilities seem limited in terms of 'what-to-do' within there. Outside of the shopping and dining area, you'd have to walk about 20 minutes to the next centre, which I felt was slightly inconvenient. Overall still a very good stay, and really appreciated the size of the corner-sized room.

Everything is adequate. Only drawback is a bit further from the train station with a up hill walk. We need to use the shuttle between the Prince Hotel Shinagawa to this hotel.
