"The property is nice, clean, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious. It was conveniently located right next to Grand Central Station and walking distance from Time Square, The New York Library, Grand Central Station, and Bryant Park. The best part was the concierge. He was amazing and so helpful. Vito went above and beyond for us giving us suggestions and transportation information. He was readily available via email even when working at another hotel the majority of our stay. We were able to use the subway and go to local spots and he answered all of our questions and made suggestions. I would return just because of his service. We will definitely be back! "
