Online I had reserved a city room which based on the main picture for it and a premier room seem to have more windows, and a balcony. on check out I asked because I though they had given me a premier room based on the window and size of the room. I was told the only difference was my room had a view of the bridge/city. That all the balconies had been closed.

Arrived from the airport at 12:30am with our 3yr old to find the hotel was full, despite having a reservation. The staff acknowledged that we did have a reservation but maintained they didn’t have a room for us. The staff did nothing to help resolve the issue. We were left to find another place to sleep in the middle of the night with no help or apology from the Ly Hotel. Horrible experience.
