Excellent service. Well maintained clean hotel in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a modern motif . The vast lobby could use fresh flowers throughout to brighten the dim lighting. I highly recommend the Hyatt Grand Central. All of this comes at a fair price too. I am considering returning to this hotel when visiting New York again.

Hice reservación para un cuarto con dos camas y cuando llegué la habían reservado y me dieron una cama y un rologuei que mis hijos no cabían y tuve que dormir la primera noche 3 en una cama mis hijos no son niños pequeños tienen 17 y 12 mi experiencia no fue buena además cobran 45 dólares diarios por nada no lo recomiendo
