For the most part our stay was amazing!!! Overall nice rooms and great convenience, but the only problem was we made our booking months in advance and when we got to the hotel the room wasn’t clean yet so they had us stay in a different room for the night. They gave us a refund for one night facilities fee but that’s it. Good hotel but I would call ahead to checking in by a few hours.

This hotel is value for money. Excellent location in heart of Times Square. Loved the coffee in the French coffee shop downstairs. Nice gym. Cozy lobby with a perfumed atmosphere. Rooms are modest but ample for the traveler who’d rather roam than stay in the room.

Overall, the stay was okay, and the price was fair and affordable. However, I wish I had been informed about the construction work in the building that started early in the morning. I had to work late at night and really needed some rest in the morning. Additionally, my shower only had boiling water for the first three days. After switching rooms due to a broken water pipe, there was no water at all. I finally managed to take a proper bath after four days at the hotel! I got a refund from the hotel, which is very nice of the management.

The best reason to stay at the Paramount is its location. Extremely walkable to all the venues I had planned to visit. With the exception of Lorenzo (front desk) the staff was perfunctory and aloof. The hotel itself is in need of major renovations. Dark hallways & slow elevators dod

The property is nice. The photos shown of exterior of property are not accurate. I would also say the photos of the rooms are not accurate either. The bathroom was very tiny, had to use the toilet sideways. If you are sharing a room with others you do not want to be unclothed in front of look elsewhere because you will not be able to change in the bathroom unless you stand in the shower, which is very uncomfortable to do. All in all, the hotel is nice and it's a place to rest your head at night if you will be doing a lot of moving around and not spending much time in the room.

We are in january 11-15 Room 1123 and 1122 In two we don’t have water for shower or use toilet, the manager don’t have solution, no refound the money, and bad actitud, is disgusted this situation, bad experience in my only days the vacation for one year, I’m waiting 1 year for vacation and It not fear this experience. I’m user the Expedia for long time and need something feeling better.

The water was turned off for an entire day with no communication about it. Once the water was back on, the toilet remained broken for the remainder of our trip. I made request for updates and asked to be changed to a room with working amenities but was declined.
