"The hotel was nice and in a good location for where we had to visit and get to the airport. The climate control either had the room too hot or too cold and would push out cold air to cool the room off. Considering we went at the end of November, that was not good. We ended up turning the climate control off altogether. I would also suggest putting throw pillows onto the couch as a nice touch."

"The afternoon desk manager that checked us in might have had the best customer service I've ever experienced. Being from North Carolina, we had no idea about navigating our way into and out of Manhattan. After getting us checked in and comfortable, he gave us so many ideas and tips on the city and what was the best ways to get around. He even drew us a map!! Dealing with him and his customer service, I honestly felt like I was at the Ritz Carlton. "

"This extended stay suite was basically the same price (or less) than a short term hotel, and was huge! It was nice to have several doors/rooms between the entrance door and the bedroom - I never heard any noise from the hall nor from outdoors. AC worked great and cooled the whole suite in no time. Bathroom was large, all appliances worked well. No issues at all"
