"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. The younger gentleman that checked us in was so kind and answered a lot of our questions. Plus the cookie and water bottle was a nice surprise! The property is close to the ferry and Wall Street. You can walk to so many different attractions from the hotel which was very nice. The hotel was modern, the elevator was brutal and the rooms did have quite a few stains on the beds. "

"The construction makes this hotel so not cute. I imagine it was a great spot before this started but it’s far from inviting at the entrance and only until you get off the elevator is it truly what you see in the photos, covered by plastic. Nothing bad, and the construction was only during the week and thankfully I stayed Saturday night, BUT the notice of construction is only sent to you after booking. "

"Awesome venue for time square. I dont understand why they have to charge resort fee when they dont even have a swimming pool. Two elevators were functioning despite the high volume of usage . "Only four elevators for 41 floors so can take a long time - often took the stairs from 11th floor. But great bar and restaurant staff, good location, close to stores and restaurants.
