The Oscar Niemeyer International Cultural Centre is on the bank of the wider section of the Ría de Avilés right in the heart of the town of Avilés. Ride the train to the Avilés/Apdro. railway station and cross the river to get here in just a few minutes. The center opens daily from morning until evening, although individual exhibitions and events have varying schedules. Exhibitions are usually closed on Mondays.
