I highly recommend this hotel, recently renovated, super friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms. The only problem is the parking, it took them 2 hours to bring my car, I do not recommend using the valet.

There was an alarm that sounds twice after 1:48 AM on Sunday that was so disturbing and almost impossible to sleep after that. People was scared. Hotel staff notified it was a false alarm but it was never cleared on what caused that. Besides that all the experience was great. Location is perfect. Staff assistance as well and having breakfast was great. The people who work in the breakfast area are more than excellent and efficient.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. As a premium-paying customer, I was disappointed to be denied a simple request for water delivery to my room. Furthermore, I was asked to pay for the water when I went to retrieve it myself. Additionally, the noise level on my floor was excessive, making it difficult to rest and relax. While I appreciate the convenient location of the hotel, the poor service and noise issues significantly detracted from my overall experience. I hope that you will take these concerns into consideration and take steps to improve the quality of service and comfort for future guests.

Staff thinks you’re unintelligent and says your air can’t go below 70 or the whole hotels lights will turn off!!! Yeah, their head maintenance man really said that! You can’t control your own air, and the motion sensor reacts at least 4 times a MINUTE. Very small rooms. Very.

I found hotel very central to our needs, easy to subways, Broadway, Macy's, Radio City, all main attractions, staff very helpful, room clean and tidy. Problem with breakfast rooms over two levels offering different items. Be patient for elevators in peak times

The hotel was clean with a comfy bed and located close to lots of popular places. The downside is the AC doesn’t cool the room, which makes sleeping very uncomfortable.

Location was fine but everything else was ugh. Rooms are very small almost just enough space to fit the beds. Tiny bathroom. Breakfast was ok. This hotel doesn’t accept cash. And they require $100 hold plus the cost of the room upfront.
