"Great resort! Food is good and fresh a 4 stars for me not a 5 stars. But since the resort is so nice, clean and the staff friendly and helpful the food is very acceptable. They also have a great choice of a la carte restaurants and La Fleur is an excellent one. The beach is beautiful, lots of shade, water shoes are useful since the bottom is rocky in some area. And the coaties were not a problem, they had a lot less around than when I first visited 5 years ago. We had a great time!!"

"The hotel is fantastic, everything is new ,staff is very friendly, the show that they have for kids are fantastic, but the food is not that good and the service for drinks at the park and restaurants it takes a while, I also ask for two life jackets for my kid so they can enjoy the pool in front of my room and they said I need 1 hour and a half, and they never call us back for the life jacket , they apologized for the life jacket. "

"It was a large resort with several pools, water parks, and a big beach. The buffets were great and we really liked 3/5 restaurants we tried. Our experience the spa was phenomenal. The majority of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, although we did have a few off experiences. The resort is beautiful and there are quite a bit of night time activities, however all the day time activities were only in the adults only areas, not at the family pools, so we were not able to participate....
