"The Aura at Times Square is a gem of a hotel! Prime location less than a block from Times Square, but it is on a small side street filled with restaurants and theatres. Quiet!! Inside the room was very newly renovated, up to date, nice and cold (quiet AC) and the beds were AMAZING. The staff at check in and check out were kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will return on our next trip to NYC!"

"The hotel super trendy, clean, the staff courteous, friendly, but what i didn't like was the service to the airport...the from desk told me it would cost $80.00 + to La Guardia, a yellow cab would charge $60.00, you need to work on that.....i would stay at cCitisenM hotel again....work on a shuttle service to and from the airport...."
