"Property was in a great location. Only complaint is that the gym on property is sub par it’s borderline inoperable and the website misleads you thinking there is a rooftop patio or a terrace to hang out at when it is actually not open to the general public. "

"The service at the café and room service was terrible. In both cases, they brought us our coffee and we had to wait for cream. Room Service they forgot the maple syrup. A Second set of utensils and we had to wait for cream until the coffee was warm. The room was showing signs of wear and the tile in the shower could’ve used a cleaner. The chairs in the café were so worn out they were uncomfortable to sit in."
