"Location of the hotel was incredible for our brief 2 night stay in NYC. We were able to visit all the spots we wanted even in such a short stay. Broadway district is just a few blocks away, and a couple of prime observation decks are also a few minutes of walking from the hotel. We took advantage of the free breakfast for 1 morning and it was great. Kind of a small selection but it was enough to fuel us up for a whole day of exploring. The waffles were the stand out for me. "The location is spot on but at times it is evident that the place needs a lot of work. My room card stopped working several times and on one occasion I had to wait at reception for 15 mins before someone was available to assist me. The staff are polite and professional but when you have a doorman and a luggage attendant stood around doing nothing while other guests are trying to be seen at reception it’s a little disappointing. "Great location - close to Times Square if you want to do tourist-type stuff. Easy to find, the building is understandably older and the bathroom was kinda rough but I felt safe and would stay here again. Came down with 10yo for her birthday. "
