Amazing staff. The demographic of the staff was hipster (I'm a 54 year old male). I am very well travelled and this staff was very well trained and professional. The room was small but great. I wanted to stay there this time next year, but they are already booked for the dates I wanted. I highly recommend this property.

Citizenm hotel Times Square might be the best hotel I have ever booked. The rooms are amazing and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. The hotel overall was very nice, although the room was a tad to small. The width of the room is the same length as the bed. It was difficult to maneuver our suitcases because of the limited space. Most of the interaction is through AI, but the couple of times there was interaction the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was spot on, easy access to many tourist locations like restaurants, transportation and theaters. If it wasn't for feeling a little claustrophobic we'd stay here again.

This has been my 4th time in NYC now and CitizenM has been the most wonderful experience yet. CJ and Ben truly made this trip the most special and incredible time. I am beyond thankful for their hospitality and hard work. The hotel is extremely modern and in the most convenient location to visit all of the NYC musts; the service is 5/5 gold stars, I wish I could add another because of the exceptional experience they provided. Truly a brilliant hotel and I cannot recommend it enough.
