"Wonderful hotel. Easy access to shops, attractions. Excellent rooms, showers, all impressive. Excellent service, great food in the restaurant. However, we could not use the patio due to the great many nearby Times Square restaurant exhausts. The smell of cooking oil was unbearable. And it also seeped through in the room. Regrettably, won't choose Chatwal again."

"Loved our stay here. Right in midtown manhattan with everything going on steps away from the hotel. Rooms were very quiet, street noise as to be expected but I didn’t hear any once my earplugs were in! Highly recommend this hotel for a first trip to New York where you want to do all the tourist attractions - they’re all within walking distance and transit is so close. "
