"Great location - close to Times Square if you want to do tourist-type stuff. Easy to find, the building is understandably older and the bathroom was kinda rough but I felt safe and would stay here again. Came down with 10yo for her birthday. "

"Rooms were clean and the house keeping was helpful and friendly. Front desk and concierge were welcoming and service oriented. Always felt safe in the hotel, good security presence. Location was perfect for subway, Time Square, Bryant Park and theaters. My only complaint was that one of days we were there, one of the 3 elevators went down so it was a little challenging, but they quickly resolved it. We will be back. "

"Excellent hotel with very accommodating staff. Rooms were larger than expected for manhattan, very clean, and trendy decor. Great location right in Times Square, with the subway just outside the building giving access to the rest of the city. "
