"I booked ahead of a group tour that was originating from this hotel to avoid having to check in/out; however they did need to switch my room after 2 days (to a smaller room), but did so very efficiently. The room I booked through Expedia was large, clean and excellent. Location was 2 blocks from the Shibuya station, where the Narita Express stops, and from which you can get anywhere in the city. Frankly I preferred the Grand Nikko Tokyo in Odaiba at the end of the tour - more relaxing area by the bay, but if you want to be in walking distance of Shinjuku, Roponngi, etc., the Cerulean is a good choice. Included a good breakfast buffet. "

"This hotel is absolutely worth the price! Located in the famous shopping and bar/ restaurant area it is amazing how quiet is it inside. You get great views on the city from the lobby on the 12 floor and rooms. Rooms are very modern, clean and all staff members are super friendly and helpful! Mattress was on a harder side which I like but if you like soft mattress might be an issue. Location is very convenient and easy to get to places by foot or train. I would absolutely stay there again. "

"I was not expecting much from an airport hotel but it exceeded expectations. Room. - comfort double was larger than expected so was the bed. Night ware provided with plenty of other products for a short stay. Restaurant for evening meal was okay with a small bar. BA check in desk just a few steps away from the hotel could not be more convenient. We did not experience breakfast but it looked well attended."
