Shibuya hotel rooms a the Hokke Club

"Really first class hotel. Beautiful and spacious room. Very quiet. Very close to metro station. Large and clean spa. Beautiful French restaurant with good service. This would be a perfect hotel if it had a concierge. It is bewildering why such a high quality establishment does not have a dedicated guest assistant. I wanted to book a massage and the front desk gave me an ad with phone number. I could not figure out how to make the call and when I did I got a message in Japanese. I wasted an evening trying to book this service. It would have been great if the hotel could help with that. The tv has only one channel in English. The restaurant offers European menu and it would have been nice if it had a selection of traditional Japanese dishes. Otherwise, my stay was perfect. "

"Convenient place and friendly staff. There is no AC but only heater in the room. We are not allowed to open window. The room is either too cold / too hot. Overall is great as the location is just perfect. "
