"The staff here have been courteous. I have ordered dinner at their cafe at a really late hour and it was super convenient that they were available to serve close to midnight. They also let me bring my food and tea to the room. There is a washer/ dryer room for 300 yen. That was helpful to be able to wash my clothes there and not go very far. It's also walking distance from Lawson, a convenience store so I was able to get snacks and water bottles. Room was decent and clean. I liked the air...

"This a boutique hotel in Shibuya and great location. I really liked the personnel who worked there. Spoke excellent English and the hard wood floors in the room (versus carpeting) feels so clean and comfortable. Slept very well. Highly recommend! You can order uber eats if you miss room service! The only thing that I would recommend for improvement is to have coin laundry machines . I would have lengthened my stay if they had laundry facility on site. But they did offer directions on where to go...

"I have stayed at this hotel a couple times which is why I always go back. They had a lot of people at the front desk to help with the flow of things. However, this time the housekeepers weren’t as good as the last couple times. Not sure how to explain it so instead I’d probably stay on a different floor. Overall, I would still definitely recommend this hotel!"
