"Overall, I had a great experience. The hotel itself is located in a quiet corner behind the busy shopping streets. It's right next to one of Tokyo's metro lines so you'll occasionally here the metro activity, but I personally did not find it bothersome. The room itself is small, but makes great use of space to fit all of the amenities so this didn't bother me. The staff are extremely nice, and helpful. This is especially in the case of luggage-forwarding services, e.g. Yamato Transport....

"I will stay here again. The location is convenient and walkable to the area you can find shops, cafes, restaurants etc. The room and neighbourhood is clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and they give you a bottle of water every time you get back to the hotel. The only thing is that if you are carrying lots of luggages walking to and from the hotel, be prepared to walk the pedestrian bridge. But it is not really a big deal. I am very happy with my stay overall, thank you! "
