"I have stayed at this hotel a couple times which is why I always go back. They had a lot of people at the front desk to help with the flow of things. However, this time the housekeepers weren’t as good as the last couple times. Not sure how to explain it so instead I’d probably stay on a different floor. "This a boutique hotel in Shibuya and great location. I really liked the personnel who worked there. Spoke excellent English and the hard wood floors in the room (versus carpeting) feels so clean and comfortable. Slept very well. Highly recommend! You can order uber eats if you miss room service! The only thing that I would recommend for improvement is to have coin laundry machines . I would have lengthened my stay if they had laundry facility on site. But they did offer directions on where to go...
