Housekeeping should start a bit earlier. Check in procedure is very inconvenient with long wait times - no early check ins. Staff is friendly."

"The staff were wonderful and it was very close to the station. My only real complaint was that the floor my room was on was half smoking and half non-smoking so the common area by the elevators was almost uninhabitable from the smoke smell. I dreaded every time I had to use the elevators. "

"I was pleasantly surprised with our stay and the ease of moving to Disneyland which the hotel offers. Service staff are excellent and this hotel suitable for both families, couples and a group of friends. F&B quality was also good and we ate at both the Int’l rest as well as the Japanese rest. Overall experience was great and the hotel is also not overly priced for both rooms & F&B. We booked two rooms and are very happy with our stay, thank you. "

"This hotel had great reviews and they were accurate. It was just what we hoped It would be. Spacious rooms, very clean with all needed amenities supplied. The shower/bath room was roomy and wonderful. The staff provided excellent, courteous customer service. The location near Shiodome station is very central to Tokyo's amazing rail and metro services. Great restaurants and convenience stores are within easy walking distance. The only disapppointment was the gym. It had 1 treadmill, a few (3...
