"Character of lobby and area was cool. Room was good size and clean - deluxe king. Great location, minutes from time square and metro. Food everywhere. If room facing street- loud at times. But wouldn’t change room. Just New York. Overall, enjoyed experience. Front desk Staff … so,so. Also there is a facility additional fee not included in Expedia total cost (approx $40/day) was not expecting this. "

"Would stay again, hotel was clean, beds comfortable, great location. Felt safe, easy access to subway. Two complaints- room got very hot at night, unable to adjust thermostat, but we cracked the window, let it cool off and closed it back bc the street noise is a lot (New York never sleeps) - only 2 working elevators for 20 floors, often had to wait for elevator"

"Location is key when you travel to New York, and if it is your first time being there. Tempo by Hilton did not disappoint as it was just literally a minute away from Time Square. The hotel was clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Transportation was easy from the hotel as there are several subways closeby. Restaurants and shopping areas just a few minutes away from the hotel. Highly recommended! "
