"The room was excellent in terms of the size, comfort, bathroom, towels. Also excellent location, with a good brasserie in the premises. There is a confusion with the voucher for breakfast. To my understanding it was per person since we were two persons in the room. It ended up not being per person but per room, so since breakfast is over $32 per person for a fixed menu,no substitution plus 20% service,you end up paying much more than what was planned. "Standleigh, who was our host at the desk, was absolutely phenomenal. He made it so easy for us to shoot some interviews for a film we were doing and he could not have been more hospitable. I can't say enough great things about him. The NU Hotel should take very good care of him because he would be a star anywhere he worked."
