"Haven Riviera Cancun was a great experience. The Resort, hospitality, food and amenities were all enjoyable and exceptional standard. I wasn't pleased with lack of being able to enjoy the beach. The description and pictures online, gives the empression of clear water and the abilitly to enjoy a beach day. That was not the case during my stay. However, I fully enjoyed the pool daily and the entertainment provided at the pool. The 24hr pool access was a bonus as well. "

"I love Valentin and had no issues previously but this year I found a few things I did not like. The hotel needs more restaurants. There were many nights where the wait for some of the restaurants were 1.5 to 2 hours long. With no dinner buffet option, we had no other choice but to wait. "This is a beautiful resort that offers lots of restaurants, three big pools, constant daytime events and decent nighttime entertainment. "We've stayed in more than 10 all-inclusive resorts and this was our favorite. There are staff members everywhere and they're helpful and pleasant. They seem to have a nice camaraderie between them as well. So my guess is it's a good place to work. The food was fantastic. They pour call liquor, and our room was beautiful! We will absolutely be back"

"This trip was a surprise birthday gift for my wife, it really was the best investment I have ever made, from the first moment you arrive at the hotel they make you feel VIP, the check-in desk staff was super friendly, cordial and very professional, there really aren't enough adjectives to describe each and every one of the staff that we interacted with during the 3 days that we were on vacation, excellent location, just 20 minutes from the Cancun airport, the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities were excellent, the food, whether it was at the buffets, room service or in the restaurants, all were excellent, we will definitely be back but this time with the whole family so they can enjoy this wonderful experience."

"I Loved the staff, food was great (and im picky). Staff was super nice with great customer service! It was safe, you must go in with your bracelet, I went on a solo trip as a young female and felt safe inside the property. I wish they just had more of their native food. I like international food but I thought I would eat more tacos and mexican food. But I will definitely go back. "
