The best point was having safe, quiet and family-friendly accommodation on the Strip but away from the casino hustle and bustle. The mini-mart and adjacent cafe were handy. However...beware of them trying to convince you to sign up for a 'welcome package' as it is actually a time share orientation! Don't sign anything!

Booked a 3 bedroom suite for 5 people. Hotel only gives 2 bottles of water per day per booking even though we booked based on 5 people. If you ask front desk for more water they get themselves wound up tight in a knot - or maybe they didn't like me face...who knows. The point is why are you limiting water to 2 bottles when we said we are 5 people and you gave the option of booking a 3 bedroom suite. Common sense should prevail but that wasn't the case during our trip. I felt the front desk staff to be entitled and condescending from check in to check out including the water fiascos. House keeping was awesome - they did a great job with the room on a daily basis.. Be generous with the water or take it off the bookings...I am sure we can purchase our own water if we can afford to be in vegas.

The hotel suite was excellent. However the staff pushed to sell their vacation club. Once it became apparent we were not interested we were abruptly dismissed by the sales person to the point of almost being rude.

We stayed at Hilton around the holidays, hotel is nice but location is away from the main Strip activities. We liked not having the casino on property. Overall it’s a great spot with family, definitely recommend

Property was nice. At check in, they pressured for timeshare presentation enticing with points. When declined, those ‘gifts’ were rudely null and void. Other than that, it was pleasant.
