"We are very happy with our selection of the Peridot hotel. Hanoi is a bustling chaotic city and it was always nice to escape the pollution and noise when entering the hotel. The concierge service was great, the breakfast was amazing and the room was comfortable. I also recommend the rooftop pool and bar. If it wasn't so smoggy during our stay, we would have spent more time up there!"

"I was travelling with my mum and we had the beeeeest stay there, the breakfast is soooo good, everyone that works there is super nice and helpful, the room is clean and the air conditioning is awesome! The lady that checked us in gave us amazing advice on where to go, cafes, tourist spots and etc & the location is super good. Will definitely come back ❤️"

"Amazing hotel, truly fantastic facilities at a very good prices. Front desk informative and helpful. It’s a very nice stay in a Japanese hotel in Vietnam. Location is little bit outside of the town, but easy ride from airport and quick taxi ride to town. It’s nice to discover local places, for sure not touristy like Hanoi. "

"I loved this hotel. Ruby helped set up travel for me when I left to Ha Long Bay and she arranged transportation to Ninh Binh. She was wonderful in helping me schedule my trip. It's a great hotel. Very nice room with a view of the street below. I highly recommend. "

"The room was just as pictured! The staff were all super friendly and provided great recommendations on local food to eat. The hotel is located on a busy street which menas it's super convenient to walk to most places, but it may be too noisy for people who need quiet to sleep. I personally loved it here and would book again if ever in Hanoi. "

"After a smooth airport pick up arranged by Meritel, we were greeted with tea and cold towels in the beautiful French Colonial boutique hotel in the heart of old town Hanoi. Judy and Katy at the front desk were always helpful, arranging tours, making excellent dining and shopping suggestions and basically seeing to all our needs. William at the rooftop bar and Emma in the restaurant were also attentive and informative. The room faced the busy street but was very quiet. Bit cold for a rooftop swim...

"A very nice hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. The reception staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The Sky Bar and restaurant were also great. Outside the chaos that is Hanoi engulfed us, which was great, but returning to the calm of the hotel was welcoming. "
