"This hotel has everything required to make a traveller comfortable. Fantastic breakfast choice. Large well decked out rooms with modern features. Tour desk that offered a variety of tours with a discount if your staying at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Jim. I suggest you organise airport pickup service through the hotel. Overal I would be happy to stay again"

"Hanoi old quarter is very busy! Coming from America it will take time to get use to the city chaos. This hotel is a bit run down. Slow drain , need updates soon? Still functioning, I would give a two stars hotel. "

"We had a delightful stay here. The staff welcomed us with a delicious cinnamon ginger tea (which we liked so much that they gave us the recipe for it!) and was so friendly every time we came through the lobby. The breakfast buffet is great, the rooftop bar has a great view, and I had a wonderful massage at the spa. We also received good recommendations for food in the area (not tourist traps!). I would happily stay at this hotel again!"

"The property is at the heart of old quarter of Hanoi city which was the best thing, plenty of shopping and eating places nearby. However, the room was a but small and the lights were very dim in the room which was problematic. The staff were friendly and the checkin was smooth. Overall a nice stay at a good location."

"All staff are very friendly and helpful! Sofia went out of way in helping us with special requests! They packed nice breakfast for us when we had to leave early for Haling Bay trip. The restaurant staff’s service was excellent and it has nice view of the Cathedral. The hotel is located right in the middle of old quarter and next to Cathedral. Perfect hotel and service. Will come back again. "

"We stayed here for five nights and are very grateful for Grace's assistance and professionalism. Staff were helpful and approachable even with the language barrier - their English wasgreat. The breakfast was a superb way to start the day. Can definitely recommend."

"The property was immaculate and the staff were all very friendly, knowlegable, helpful and fluent in English. The only problem we encountered was our room temperature was very hot and i could not adjust the thermostat."

"The property is near a lake which was the best thing. It has all the required amenities many advance facilities like game room, golf area and wide area pool near to the lake. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was fulfilling. The staff were really helpful and kind. If you need a good property near the west lake in Vietnam, this is the place."
