The rooms were smaller than expected. especially if you have big suitcases there isn't much space for storage. we didn't get a room with a view so it felt claustrophobic. the window was just a wall. which I guess was expected. other wise the room service, facility, food, reception service was great. The staff was quite helpful when it comes to helping us plan our excursions "

No shopping and limited dining, so just ate at the airport instead. Only a 3 minute drive to departures and the hotel has a private car that they drive you over in for 80,000 VND. "
