Excellent hotel. lived up to the picture's expectations. I Stayed in the PREMIER room, which had a breathtaking view of the landscape. The staff was phenomenal and friendly. They surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday, which was nice. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Breakfast was also spectacular and endless.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is 5 mins walk to Moana and around 10 mins walk to Sapa Station. The restaurant on the ground floor serves excellent food.

Best breakfast selection so far on our Vietnam trip. Within 5-10 minutes walk of Moana Sapa, city centre via the level 13 exit and the lake. Great landscape views ( sunset ) with fog over the valley in the mornings. Highly recommend KK Sapa Hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Moana Sapa and the City Square. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby. The breakfast buffet was amazing!

Beautiful, modern clean hotel in Sa Pa. Had a suite with balcony valley view Wow 👌 Breakfast was great offering cerial, fresh milk, fruit juices not a bad cuppa tea.. eggs/ommlettes cooked to order fresh bread choices for toast cheese baked beans were discovered amongst the vast choice of Vietnamese offerings if thats for you. Highly recommend this Hotel a visit to Cat Cat Village is a must 👌

This hotel overall was very nice. Rooms were clean, good amenities (gym, pool, pool table). Breakfast was very very good. Lots of options and the food was delicious. It’s a bit farther out from the central town area (~10 min walk) but nothing too crazy. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately there is construction next door and the start time seems to be 6am to 9 - 10 pm. Hard to relax in the room. Overall the hotel is very nice with friendly staff. Seems more of a convention atmosphere. The breakfast buffet and seating is extremely crowded in the morning.

Excellent Stay

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Unfortunately Sa Pa was foggy during our stay so we never got to appreciate the view from the room but I imagine it’s an amazing view. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is in a good location. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Sa Pa thank you to the great staff for a wonderful stay.

Amazing stay at KK’s, our room on the 13th floor had the best views and comfortable beds ! Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Sarah at the front desk was most helpful, helping us to book activities and following up with us every morning. It’s only a few minutes walk from the center, so it’s been great to be a little further than all the action while still close to it. We really enjoyed the pool and the gym as well. The only downside was the never ending construction next door, which is obviously beyond’s the hotel’s control.
