"The Heritage Hotel is now my favorite property in Manila. The hotel is clean, the staff is extremely friendly and professional and the amenities are fantastic. Keep in mind the breakfast s Asian centered but they do offer American and or Western options."

The check-in staff and management welcomed us with special attention to our reservations and needs. My 81 yo mother most appreciated the staff who remembered her & my father’s last visit less than a year ago.
