A great hotel really, very close to MOA. Great big basic deluxe rooms with a king-size bed. I was very impressed with this fantastic hotel, with a free shuttle to the mall of Asia. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back next year. Keep up the good work Heritage. A jewel amongst hotels really.👍

This hotel was a bit dated, and in some areas you can definitely tell. The rooms were comfortable enough. If you're looking for a place to stay in the short-term and aren't too picky, then this place does the job. They offer scheduled shuttle services to MOA, but they often fill up very quickly. Ride services like Grab aren't too expensive to get MOA and back. The location of the hotel is great, there are lots of restaurants within walking distance, but it is in a busy area, so you'll often hear cars honking or passing by.

Most of the staff was super helpful, courteous and friendly. There were a few staff members in the restaurant who were not courteous and dismissive. The room could have been cleaner. A coffee table had a layer of dirt I noticed when i wiped up a spill and the carpet was somewhat dirty. Overall, i would return and recommend this place.

I love the older style and charm of this hotel, yes the building is aging but that does not matter the hotel is just beautiful, the rooms are big especially the executive room, pool is nice , food is great, and the staff are amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay , will be back soon Rob and Julie

The location is great because it's close to many restaurants and malls. The bedroom was not as clean. Found hairs in the bathroom bath tub. The floor, desk and counter was not as polished. Found an empty can of beer in the fridge. And my bedsheet, even though it was clean, there was some small black mark stains on the comforter sheet. We found out about this late in the evening and we were a bit too tired to complain. But regardless, I found the room insufficiently clean. The staff on the ground floor were courteous and friendly.

While staying there our room smell paint thru the air condition.Request to change room went to suite room which is a lot of drilling happening on top of our ceiling and later on smells paint again. Can’t relax during our stay got sick with the paint and thinner we inhale during stay .
