"The ambience is really amazing. I love the place! But I was quite not satisfied with the customer service. The staff don't give an approachable vibes.Also, you can hear the noise from the other rooms. It's quite annoying especially if the guests are so noisy. They offer food but it's so expensive and you can't opt for a delivery since they will charge you a hundred peso corkage fee. "Superb hotel from start to finish. Nothing negative to say! The food and service was excellent - we were surprised at how tasty the food was. Everything was well priced given this was a 5-star hotel, the facilities and location were fantastic right on the beach and the rooms super cost and comfortable. Staff went out of there way everyday. Would highly recommend and have no hesitation to stay again!"
