"This was an amazing family trip, the check in process could have been a little faster because they do take time to check you in. Also one of the staff ladies in the breakfast buffet was rude to people that didnt speak English and she closed early . I do also feel that they can re inforce not feeding the wildlife and more strict in non smoking areas. Drinks are available but no apple juice at all. The hacienda wait time to get our food was over 40 mins. "

"The hotel was extremely clean and provided all needed amenities. The staff and service was over the top. The shows are a must. The entertainers provided a las vegas atmosphere. Plenty of room at all the pools. And I enjoyed walking alone at night and felt safe."

"We spent our honeymoon at El Dorado Seaside Suites and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The service was absolutely top tier, every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great time. The room was just as pictured: clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding (plus, room service was a dream fast and so good). Speaking of food, every restaurant we tried exceeded our expectations. From breakfast to late-night bites, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The drinks were also a highlight — we met so many fun and talented bartenders who kept the cocktails coming and the vibes high. Whether we were at the swim-up bar or relaxing beachside, we always felt taken care of. The only thing we felt left out in the dark was all the excursions (what was included and what wasn't) One main goal was to ride jet skis in the ocean, we were told we could book this when we went to Maroma Beach. Got there at 9 am and wave runners were already sold out rented for the entire day. Overall, El Dorado Seaside made our honeymoon unforgettable. We’re already planning our return trip and this time, bringing friends and family! "

"Let’s starts with Sebastian, best bartender around. Carried a conversation with us for two days straight about Playa. Served up awesome cocktails and by far the best asset to this resort. Find him to be your bartender. Rooms were very nice beds comfy. If you have the standard room, you want to be in room 410-422 for a surprise! Wish Off the Hook was open to try but next time! Food was fantastic for what we had time for.. Mexican restaurant was decent but make sure you get to the Italian restaurant, Wow was our food amazing there! Pool was nice, but the food hideout is at the beach bar! Check it out! "
