"I Loved the staff, food was great (and im picky). Staff was super nice with great customer service! It was safe, you must go in with your bracelet, I went on a solo trip as a young female and felt safe inside the property. I wish they just had more of their native food. I like international food but I thought I would eat more tacos and mexican food. But I will definitely go back. "

"The staff was amazing and friendly from the beginning. Got more than a welcome drink when we first arrived. Everything about the property was explained in great detail which was so helpful for how short our stay was. Took care of the dinner reservations and return transportation immediately. Also booked a couples massage at the spa. The spa was incredible. The massage was the most soothing and relaxing massage that I've had. If you're gonna go to this resort, get an 80 minute massage; you won't be disappointed. The property is also very close to the shopping (about 2 blocks). "

"We were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with upgraded perks such as complimentary spa offers and discounts, a private pool and beach access and access to the adjoining resort facilities. We were pleased with the food at the a la carte options. However, accessing them was a logistical nightmare. The online access was down. This required guests to line up daily at 7:30 am to TRY to get a booking for that day. On our second last day, I was first in a line of 25, and was still unable to access any a la carte restaurant for that day. No one was able to book. There is no advance booking- I don’t understand the issue. It must be improved. One other concern was the use of artificial sweeteners in the bar mixes. We all ended up choosing non-choice drinks due to this practice- not only is it an unpleasant aftertaste, it causes migraines in one of our party. We switched to clear drinks like gin and tonic instead of delicious fancy drinks which was disappointing. The juice bar was a real treat, and we utilized it daily. We found the choices for vegetarians and healthy eaters were plenty. The crepe stand was a lovely choice, and the availability of cappuccino at most locations was a bonus. We enjoyed the evening activities and the entertainment and animation staff were wonderful and sometimes hilarious! The dancers in the Latin show were truly world class. Overall, with those small bits of feedback, it was an exceptional vacation and we will certainly try to return. "

"I love the property. Amazing staff that were extremely pleasant and accommodating during our stay. The only issue I had, was that our room had a very humid smell. But the staff came in and sprayed the curtains and put a neutralizer in the air vent to help. I would definitely go back!"
