"The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception....

"We had a wonderful stay here! The property is beautiful. Stayed in honeymoon suite and was very affordable. Didn’t use the heart shaped tub so can’t speak to that-but shower was massive!Located at km 15.5 on Ruta de los Cenotes. Multiple amazing cenotes within walking distance. Recommend “7 Bocas” and “Verde Lucero”. We stayed when there was only 1 other long-term tenant present. Felt like we were in the jungle with the place to ourselves for a couple days.
