"You are surrounded by nature and its simply beautiful!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They accommodated me and my family with all my needs. The pool is small, but fun to experience because you feel like you're swimming in the jungle. The condo was clean and beds were big and comfy. Kitchen had everything you'd need for cooking. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance. The message was also a . Its quite and my family and i just loved it. We'll be returning!!!"

"Loved it here and would love to come stay again. Grimm and grounds was very clean, everything is close easy to get around. There was not an elevator so it’s not accessible for those who aren’t able to use stairs. There were two issues during the stay. "My husband and I just spent 3 nights at Playa Maya. We got to the hotel a little late, but was greeted by Marvin (I believe he's night time security) who helped us to our room. The hotel doesn't have a street entrance so you must walk through the beach, which was fine, we're at the beach anyway! They provide fresh water for the rooms and ours was cleaned nicely everyday. "Good location, near to restaurants, convenience stores and beaches. Hotel has private parking and pool. Nice view to the sea from the terrace. Excellent service from Guillermo, Luis and Rafael. Room was cleaned. To improve: coffee. I would add a coffee vending machine for all guest in the lobby. This way we can prepare it ourselves, and have it hot and fresh. Gracias.
