"Overall this was a very good stay. You take your shoes off upon entering the hotel. You are not allowed to wear your shoes. You get the traditional vibe. The room was clean. The staff were attentive. Our room did not have a bath tub. If you have tattoos you will NOT be able to use the spa/sauna bath. Which I know Japan is notorious for not allowing tattoos. But I was hoping since so many tourists stay there they would be a little lenient. "

"We chose this hotel because we wanted something close to the airport. The Narita Tobu was very clean, and except for one hiccup with checking in ( my room wasn’t ready and so my check in was almost an hour later than allowed, BUT the agent gave me an extra hour for check out to make up for the late check in), the service was excellent.
