"This place was so plush, the breakfast buffet was really topnotch. The rooms were so nice also. I liked that there was a 7-11 across the street. This place was quiet and clean. Did not get a chance to explore the hotel and amenities but the rooms were comfy even though small. We Would come back! "

"I paid a little extra to try out this hotel, and in some ways, it was a bit underwhelming. The onsen is much smaller than what is portrayed in the photo. However, it was an easy walk across the street to the metro station. I also appreciated the deodorizer in my room, as it helped mask the smoke smell (i.e., I reserved a smoking room by mistake). "

"The property was what I expected with this price. The location was convenient. My only concern was the safety. Frontdesk staff were not paying attetion to guets coming in. They do not check your room key nor greet you. "

"Pros; located btw Hakada station and Canal city Cons; very small room, locked windows, tight toilet seat from bathroom door, no complementary water, just one worn out slipper for two persons. "

"Overall the staff were very nice except one who work on Jan 08 morning shift at 10a.m., I asked her if possible to change my room, since l got room 301 which is very dark, she repeat twice very brunt - できない! without asking why. I don't think it was the right way to client as I was not demand for a room change, I was asking her nicely - if possible or not. Other than her, rest of the staff were very helpful : )"

"The room was very small, but the bed was comfortable and large. The room looks run-down, probably because of cost cutting measures when choosing materials. Check in using pre-checkin and QR code on tablet was easy, though the paper sign at the desk was a little confusing. Doors are noisy, but didn’t hear them til morning. Room was about as clean as could be expected, did find a hair in the bathroom. Would be nice to have another hanger or two, maybe with clips, and use the space near the toilet...

"The space is pretty small for 6-people room, way more smaller. It is like the smaller version of college dormitory. But it's sufficient if you're not in a hurry. Plus, its location is very close to Tenjin station. And considering the price, it's decent enough. The owner/staff (I've only seen one, not sure) of the hotel is responsive and nice. Overall, happy face! :)"
