Property is gorgeous and there is so much to do at the connected attractions. It’s overwhelming you can’t do it all in 4 days. MAKE RESERVATIONS THE FIRST DAY FOR THE WHOLE WEEK! Don’t eat at the “show” food spot. Bleh. "

"Maybe it was due to the time of year I went to the resort(October), but ALL the cabanas that would usually be down on the beach were all around the pool area which left VERY little room to walk down to the beach. "Okay we stayed here 3 times in the last 3 years . They really need a do not disturb sign because housekeeping, kept knocking on our door even after they had cleaned. Some staff were nice while others were not happy or seemed bothered by requests for drinks. Towels were very stiff and felt very hard on our hands and skin. We hope if we return they may do these few things. "
